Lumina Mindspark LLC wants learners and visitors to use our marketing site and, as far as practicable, our course materials. We aim to meet the intent of WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and to improve over time.
1. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with skip links to main content
- Visible focus styles on interactive controls
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative hero media marked appropriately
- Support for
prefers-reduced-motionby reducing animation - Form labels associated with inputs; status messages announced where supported
- Color contrast targets for body text on dark surfaces (coral/lime accents used for emphasis)
2. Known limitations
Some course videos or third-party design tools referenced in lessons may not yet include full captions, transcripts, or screen-reader-optimized UI. We prioritize captions and transcripts as materials are updated. Complex craft interactions (Spark Mixer) are keyboard operable; if you find a gap, tell us.
3. Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile. Assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack should be able to navigate primary content; we welcome reports of failures.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email docs@luminamindspark.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, including the page URL, device/browser, and a description of the issue. We aim to reply within 5 business days with an acknowledgment and, where possible, a remediation plan or alternative access path (for example, a plain-text course outline).
5. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact relevant civil rights or disability authorities in your jurisdiction. For U.S. federal matters related to education access, resources are available through the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights; this site is a private commercial offering and not a public school.
